Liberia Monrovia Mission

On Oct. 31, 2015, Elder & Sister Bednar, Elder & Sister Hallstrom, and Elder & Sister Curtis came to Liberia. A film crew came in as well, where they followed and interviewed some of our Elders while they proselyted. This was posted online after the visit, and then a shorter version was shown during Conference sessions in the April 2016 General Conference. Our missionaries were so excited to hear from all of these General Authorities and their wives. Prior to the All-Liberia Conference that they held on Sunday, November 1, 2015, President and Sister Carlson attended Mission President's Training in Ghana. These four had mission calls that were over a year old. Once the mission closed, all outgoing missionaries were delayed. All of their calls were reissued (each got the same mission to which they were originally assigned). Many other mission papers were submitted, and we continually receive calls for local youth.
